3. Automated Recurring Payments via Stripe: This section governs the use of automated recurring payment services provided by Wild Web Hosting & Designs through Stripe. Clients authorize Wild Web Hosting & Designs to process recurring payments at specified intervals. Stripe's terms and conditions are integral to this agreement, and termination requires a 14-day notice. The agreement emphasizes that Company and Stripe make no express or implied warranties regarding the service.

4. Uptime Guarantee: Wild Web Hosting & Designs pledges a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Clients may be eligible for credits in the event of downtime, excluding specific circumstances such as DDoS attacks. The company emphasizes that it cannot guarantee protection against all types of DDoS attacks.

5. Limitation of Liability: The company disclaims responsibility for claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, arising from server downtime or data loss. Damages are limited to the immediate termination of service.

6. Payments: Services are billed based on activation dates, with suspension and termination for non-payment. Refund requests are handled within 7 days, and some services are non-refundable. Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe, and Payfast.

7. Marketing: Clients may choose to opt-out of marketing communications during registration and through the client area. While Wild Web Hosting & Designs adheres to data protection laws, clients agree to receive marketing information unless they opt-out via available channels.

8. Domains: Domain purchases are non-refundable, with renewals at the same price as new registrations. Domains enter a redemption period after expiration, with additional fees for restoration. Wild Web Hosting & Designs disclaims responsibility for incorrect billing and advises clients to ensure proper renewal.

9. Free Web Design: The provision of a free 1-page website design is applicable to the Advanced and Business Plans. Clients are urged to provide legal and honest content, and additional design requests may incur extra costs.

10. Free Hosting: Downgrading to free hosting is not permitted. Users are encouraged to upgrade, and backup services are not offered for free plans. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

11. Loss or Corruption of Data: Clients acknowledge that Wild Web Hosting & Designs is not responsible for any loss or corruption of data. It is recommended to maintain backup versions, and the company's backup processes are outlined.

12. Term/Termination: This agreement is effective upon applying for hosting services. Clients may terminate at any time, while Wild Web Hosting & Designs reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice. Backup retention for canceled accounts is limited to one week.
